Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your device.

Local Data Storage
WatchRate stores your watches, readings, preferences, and Premium purchase status locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Exported Backups
If you choose to export your data, WatchRate creates a backup file on your device. You are responsible for where you choose to store or share this backup file.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
